Are in stock for fastest lead time. Allow 1-2 days for our warehouse to prepare and dispatch your order.

All other colours and custom branded marquees (canopies and walls / side panels)

Are made to order. Lead time is approx. 3-4 weeks to dispatch. For custom branded items the lead time starts when the artwork is approved and the product is put into production.

If your order is being shipped with a carrier / freight company...

Pease allow for transit time. Transit time will vary from 2-3 business days for East Coast capital cities to 5-7 business days for WA or regional areas. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

The coated polyester fabric is rated FR (fire-retardant), helping you comply with most venue regulations. Always confirm local standards with the organising authority.

Remove loose dirt with a soft brush, then sponge with mild detergent and cold water. Rinse thoroughly, air-dry before folding, and keep in the supplied carry bag to prevent mould or print scuffing.

Full walls carry the same manufacturer’s warranty as the NeoShade marquee—covering workmanship and material defects for everyday commercial use. Contact your Instant Shade consultant for current terms and claim procedures.
