Delivery & Setup

In the Melbourne metro area, we offer delivery via our own staff. Outside Melbourne, orders are shipped using trusted freight carriers like FedEx/TNT or bulk freight providers. We'll choose the best option based on your order type and location.

Yes. If your order is shipped via FedEx/TNT or another courier, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor its progress. For local deliveries, our team will confirm the delivery window directly.

Please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll arrange a prompt resolution, whether it’s a replacement, swap, or refund where applicable.

Setting up your marquee is quick and tool-free. With two people, simply unfold the frame and extend the legs using the push-button system. Detailed setup instructions are available on our Documents & Guides page to assist you step-by-step.

Yes, our marquees can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or sand. Just make sure to use appropriate weights or anchors for each surface to ensure safety and stability.

We recommend high-resolution vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) with fonts outlined. This ensures sharp, clear printing. Our team can assist if you're unsure or need help preparing your artwork.

Absolutely. Our in-house design team will create a digital mock-up of your branded marquee for approval. We don’t proceed with printing until you’ve signed off on the final design.

Yes. You can choose to print on the canopy, the walls, or both. We offer full coverage printing or targeted logo placement, depending on your budget and visibility goals.

FAQ's

Warranty & Returns

Returns for stock items (un-branded) are accepted within 14 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Written approval is required. A re-stocking fee may apply, and freight charges are the customer's responsibility.

No. Custom-made items are built to your specifications and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun or materials have been ordered.

Inspect your order immediately. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before opening. For concealed damage found after unpacking, contact us right away with photos and details to arrange a resolution.

Marquee Frames

  • 5 year warranty on all marquee frames (excludes Starshade)
  • Covers manufacturer faults and defects
  • Does not cover wind, weather damage, misuse or accident

PVC Canopies

  • 2 year warranty on PVC canopies
  • Covers manufacturer faults and defects
  • Does not cover wind, weather damage, misuse or accident

Polyester Canopies

  • 1 year warranty
  • Covers manufacturer faults and defects
  • Does not cover wind, weather damage, misuse, accident or water leakage

Printing

  • 1 year warranty on all digital and sublimation printing
  • Covers printing faults and defects

Weights and Accessories

  • The warranty for all weights and accessories is one (1) year. This warranty covers manufacturers defects only.

If you believe there’s a fault covered under warranty, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase and a description (and photos if possible) of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
