Instant Shade Marquees specialise in “instant” or “popup” marquees. We are the Australian experts in these products because we have been selling and hiring them for over 15 years.

From humble beginnings in Adelaide, Instant Shade moved to Melbourne in 1997. The business specialised in the hire of Instant Marquees and we were one of the first companies in Australia to hire (and eventually sell) these innovative new products which at the time were quite revolutionary.

Since then the business has grown into three distinct but still family owned businesses: Instant Marquee Hire, Instant Shade Marquees and Instant Shade Umbrellas. We pride ourselves on our quality, service and work ethic and are proud of the businesses we have built from the ground up.

Our marquee products are the best in Australia because we have taken what we have learned from using the marquees in our rental business and incorporated that knowledge and experience into product research and development. Our imported marquees are not “off the shelf” – they have been specifically designed and manufactured to our specifications and high quality standards.
